Yes. You can plan your week with three sports, one workout a day and nearly 200 free workouts, with no time limit. Volta Pro ($6.99/month or $49.99/year in the US) unlocks the full library, all ten sports and multiple workouts a day, with a free one-week trial.
Yes. Every workout scales from 1 to 5, so a beginner and an experienced athlete do the same session with different numbers. You start at the level you choose, and the app suggests moving up when your workouts start feeling easy.
No. Tell Volta what you have (nothing, dumbbells, a barbell, a gym) and it only suggests workouts you can actually do. There are hundreds of no-equipment workouts.
Not yet. The Android app is in testing and coming soon to Google Play. For now, Volta is on iPhone.
Volta saves your workouts to Apple Health with their duration, calories and distance. If your watch tracks your energy during the workout, Volta uses that reading. There's no watch app yet.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Volta. Cancel anytime and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
No, the app works without one. An account lets you get your workouts back on another phone and add friends. You can delete it from the app.
